Terms and Conditions for Jason's Wrecker Service

Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Jason's Wrecker Service, located in Waynesboro, Mississippi.

  • "Customer" refers to any individual or entity using our services.

  • "Services" refer to towing, roadside assistance, and other related offerings provided by the Company.

Service Agreement

By requesting services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Services will be provided based on availability and are subject to weather, traffic, and other unforeseen delays.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions or when deemed necessary by the operator.

Payment Terms

  • All services are subject to applicable fees, which will be disclosed at the time of service.

  • Payments are due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods approved by the Company.

  • A storage fee may be charged for vehicles kept on the Company’s property for extended periods.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting services, including vehicle location, make, model, and issue details.

The Customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible for towing. The Company is not liable for delays caused by inaccessible or improperly positioned vehicles.

Damage Liability

While the Company takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe handling of vehicles, it is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

  • Mechanical issues unrelated to towing services.

  • Damage caused by factors outside the Company’s control, such as inclement weather or road conditions.
    Customers are encouraged to document the condition of their vehicle before service.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made prior to dispatch. If the service has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Refunds will be issued only in cases of overpayment or failure to provide the agreed-upon service.

Storage and Abandoned Vehicles

  • Vehicles towed to the Company’s property are subject to storage fees after 24 hours.

  • Vehicles left unclaimed for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of in accordance with Mississippi state laws.

Emergency Situations

The Company prioritizes emergency calls but does not guarantee immediate service during high-demand periods or natural disasters.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

  • Loss of personal items left inside the vehicle.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays or service interruptions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Mississippi.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or made available upon request.
